The assessment process
Epson want to learn about who you are as well as what you’ve achieved. Epson interviewers will ask you job related interview questions to gain insight into your capabilities and achievements. From application to final interview and offer, learn the steps to join Epson.

Once we have reviewed all applications we invite selected candidates for an initial interview. This may be phone based, via video conference or a face-to-face interview. The purpose of the interview is to get to know the real you, including what you’ve accomplished so far. This is also your opportunity to find our more about us. To prepare, review the job description and know your CV. Be prepared to talk about past experiences and share really specific examples of the challenges you’ve tackled and the impact you’ve made in previous roles.

You can expect to have a further 1:1 interview or a panel interview. A panel interview usually consists of 2 or 3 interviewers. During this interview we will typically use a mixture of interview questions and/or practical exercises. The practical exercise could be a role play, presentation, putting information into a database, writing a news article or a specific technical test which will help us assess against the skills and competencies required for the role.
