1) EpsonNet Authentication Print
Epson brings technology to Laser printers that protect your intellectual property or confidential documents when you print them out. Compatible with most of our Laser printer models, the EpsonNet Authentication Print ensures that documents are only delivered to people who identify themselves by swiping their personal card on the device.
2) PIN code secutity for authorised users
If you want to ensure that confidential printouts will not fall into unauthorised hands, secure your print job using a PIN number. You can apply this code to your print job when sending it to the printer's Hard Disk Drive. When you go to the printer, just enter the unique PIN number to release the print job.
3) Epson Print server IP limitation
Our print servers support IP filtering to secure printer access over the network. Easy to set up thanks to EpsonNet Config, IT managers can allow or deny access to the printer by defining up to 16 lists of IP addresses.
