We encourage our own teams to exceed their vision
Every year teams from our European Headquarters run in the relay marathon held in Amsterdam in support of UNICEF. Training programmes are set up and techniques exchanged to help each other successfully complete the race.
Running for a good cause has encouraged us all to make that extra effort and exceed our personal targets. And it's not only about the runners - the supporters make a personal commitment to UNICEF by regularly donating a set amount.
This is just one example where we see sport and human rights closely linked.
