What's on the stand?

The Epson stand demonstrates the versatility and capability of our compact robotic solutions and smart glasses.

Compact solutions for factory automation

With tens of thousands of units installed in factories worldwide, many multinational manufacturers rely on Epson robots every day to reduce production costs, improve product quality, increase yields and help increase their bottom line. At Motek, you can experience our robots’ renowned ease of use, reliability and performance.

Smart eyewear for challenging industrial environments

We will be joined on the stand by our certified software partner Essert, who will be demonstrating their remote assistance solution based on the Epson Moverio BT-350 and Pro BT-2200. The Moverio BT-350 offers a lightweight and portable remote assistance hardware solution for less demanding environments, whilst the Moverio Pro BT-2200 is a robust and durable product with an IP54 rating for industrial environments. Remote assistance software solutions link field engineers and technicians with in-house experts. Information and instructions can be passed visually and verbally using live two-way communication to remedy complex issues.

Parts Feeder

Our Parts Feeders deliver simple and affordable feeding solutions to accommodate a wide variety of parts for advanced applications in medical, consumer, automotive, electronics and more. They’re truly integrated and flexible in order to eliminate costly and time-consuming retooling. This allows manufacturers to work with a wide variety of parts without the need to purchase new equipment.

Epson’s robot range includes a variety of reliable, affordable and easy-to-use solutions for factory automation. These include: the compact SCARA robot, with a tiny footprint; the ceiling-mounted Spider robot; Epson’s most compact 6-axis robot ever built, the N2, with its unique joint geometry; and the versatile C8 6-axis unit. Full demonstrations can be seen on the stand.

Epson’s Moverio smart glasses cover an extensive range of applications: from drone piloting, to use in challenging manufacturing and engineering settings. A remote assistance solution, using Epson Moverio smart glasses, has the advantage of providing a binocular, hands-free experience, which allows you to view information overlaid where you need it and keeps your hands free to interact with your surroundings.
