4th year Extension - A EPSON representative will come to your site to repair, swap or take your EPSON product to a service centre for repair. If the product is not repairable an equivalent life and condition product will be provided. The service you will receive will be dependent on your location and the issue with the product. our target is to be Onsite within 2 working days and for Products taken back to a repair centre we aim to have the product repaired within 5 days
