Description

Every ReadyPrint subscription has a monthly print allowance. Any pages left unused at the end of a billing cycle roll over into the following month — but only for a limited time.

Solution

How Rollover Pages Work

Example, based on a 50-page monthly allowance:

• Month 1: 35 of 50 pages used. 15 pages left over, which roll into Month 2.
• Month 2: A new 50-page allowance plus the 15 rollover pages gives a total allowance of 65. If 35 pages are used this month, 30 pages roll over into Month 3 (65 − 35 = 30).

When Rollover Pages Expire

If a rollover balance isn't used within this window, it's lost — this is the most common reason a customer sees fewer rollover pages than expected. To check your current print data and rollover balance, see KA-01944: How Can I See My Print Information?
