Method 1:

  1. Visit the Epson Support page.
  2. Enter your product's model name or serial number.
  3. From the product-specific support page, look for the User's Guide (HTML) link — this opens a searchable online version of your product's full user guide.
Tip: Entering your serial number instead of the model name also shows any warranty or contract information registered to your product.

Method 2:

  1. Visit the Epson SN page.
  2. Enter the products name in the search box and click the search button.
  3. You will be presented with several menus, click on the button.
  4. Click on the User’s Guide (HTML).
