Expanded operating area
The ProSix CX4-A has an optimised arm structure and layout, expanding the operating area and allowing for more flexible machine layouts. In addition, the expanded J4 motion range allows for a higher motion efficiency, and there are fewer arm configuration changes required to reach certain positions.
ISO flange
The screw mounting pattern meets robotics market standards, making it compatible with all common end effector tools and other robots on the market, and the same flange size is used for the whole CX range.
Safety function on board
Reduce engineering time through the easy definition of safe zones and safe speed, using the safety function manager and integrated 3D view.
Enhanced wrist robustness
Improved components of J5 and J6 increase the reliability of the robot, making the wrist axis significantly more resilient and less sensitive, and the increased holding torque reduces misalignment after collisions.
Improved path accuracy and cycle times
The ProSix CX4-A features an updated motion control algorithm, improving the cycle times and position repeatability, supported by an improved wrist axis. The path accuracy is also improved, and has been tested according to ISO 9283.
