Scan to me
The 'Scan to My Email' and 'Scan to My Folder‘ functions increase productivity and avoid misrouting of captured documents by sending scanned documents to the email address or associated folder of the authenticated user at a touch of a button.
Ease of administration
For end users in an organisation, EPA Serverless is simple and unobtrusive. Once logged into the MFP, the menu choices are self-explanatory, and the solution requires only cursory training.
Advanced tracking and reporting via Epson Device Admin
Create reports that will be regularly generated and emailed to members of your organization or scheduled to be archived. Great for sending regular reports to managers without even needing to compile it first.
Direct access to functions
Control can be tailored to provide fast access to pre-defined functions without authentication, such as copying in black and white, or scan functions, empowering administrators to adapt the use of EPA Serverless according to their specific requirements.
Seamless integration
The user database hosted on the device supports up to 1000 users. The support of LDAP provides unlimited number of users for easy integration into existing IT infrastructure.
User authentication
MFP authentication can be used with a variety of input methods, including ID cards/smartcards, login credentials or pin codes, to automatically authenticate and identify users and their access profiles. Once authenticated, the user can print all their jobs or only what is needed immediately.

Take advantage of low running costs, reduced intervention and the high reliability of Epson's WorkForce Enterprise series, compatible with Epson Print Admin Serverless.
