FastFoto FF-680W - Blown Highlights / Loss of Shadow Detail
We are aware of a software issue that has affected the Epson FastFoto FF-680W when using some language versions. The issue affected image quality when scanning photos (blown highlights and loss of shadow detail).
This software issue has been rectified with an update. Users can update their software via the Epson Software Updater.

When scanning photos, please use the Epson FastFoto software and ensure that the photos are placed facing up.
When scanning documents, please use SmartScan ensuring that the documents are placed facing down.
